Zoning Change Requirements

Must file with zoning Secretary
Pay $250.00 filing fee (non-refundable)
The City of Lumberton must receive a letter of intent
The City of Lumberton will mail notice to all property owners within 200 feet of zoning request
The City of Lumberton will post the notice on the bulletin board
The City of Lumberton will publish the notice of the public hearing in the Hardin County News
Zoning Commission meets 1st Monday of each Month (if necessary)
